I work where strategy meets execution.
I build what your organization needs to move forward, and the structure to sustain it after I’m gone.
Every engagement begins by agreeing on what success looks like and how we’ll measure it. And every engagement ends with your team able to run what we built, because a plan you can’t sustain isn’t a result.
Partnership Strategy
I map your partner landscape, build outreach frameworks, and help you formalize the relationships that move your mission forward. From community coalitions to corporate partnerships and cross-sector collaborations, I identify who you should be working with, build the short-term and long-term approach to get there, and create the infrastructure to make it last. Deliverables include partner landscape maps, outreach frameworks, MOU support, and relationship management strategy.
Data Tracking & Reporting
I design the data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that make your work legible to the people who need to see it most: funders, investors, government partners, boards, executives, and the communities you serve. I audit what you have, build what you need, and establish the protocols that keep your data clean and consistent over time. Deliverables include data infrastructure design, KPI frameworks, reporting templates, and ongoing reporting support.
Program & Project Development
Whether you’re launching something new or strengthening what exists, I bring the operational structure your work needs to run and scale, supporting both full program builds and short-term project execution. Because I come from coaching and team development, the handoff is part of the build: your team leaves able to run what we created. Deliverables include logic models, workflows, SOPs, program documentation, new initiative planning, and implementation support.
How Jones26 Advisory Works With You
Not all professional support looks the same, and knowing the difference helps you choose the right fit.
- Consulting — An outside expert assesses a problem and delivers a specific outcome, building the systems, frameworks, and documentation your organization needs.
- Advising — A strategic relationship focused on guidance, not execution: bringing cross-sector expertise to help you shape direction, pressure-test decisions, and identify what’s missing before you build.
- Coaching — A development-focused relationship that helps individuals unlock their own answers through reflection, questioning, and accountability.
Jones26 Advisory operates as both consultant and advisor, depending on what your organization actually needs. Coaching is not a standalone service I offer, but coaching instincts shape how I develop your team through every engagement.
